our roots
I was raised in a family that upheld traditional values: Go to school, get an education, and find a good job with benefits. My family was not known for taking risks. Yet, life often has its own plans, and I felt a calling to venture beyond the well-trodden path.
The Risk-Taker Within
Stepping into the world of entrepreneurship was a leap that took me far out of my comfort zone. It was a decision that defied the expectations of my upbringing, but I knew it was the right path for me. I wanted to make a difference, to build something meaningful, and to leave a lasting legacy.
Honoring My Father
The name 'Irwin Roofing' holds special significance. Irwin was my dad's middle name, and it's a tribute to his memory. He passed away in February of 1999, and I can't help but wonder how he would have reacted to my choice. I know he would have worried, as fathers do, but I also believe he would be incredibly proud of what we've achieved today.

At Irwin Roofing, we stand on a foundation of faith. I am a born-again Christian, and this faith has been a guiding light in my life and in the way we do business. It's this faith that underpins our commitment to integrity. We believe in doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. It's the principle by which we operate, day in and day out.
